Greetings, my fellow Workfront System Admins,

As we enter the business planning phase, I am seeking guidance on building a business case for a full-time system admin. I recall hearing about relevant documentation during a webinar, but I have been unable to locate it. Any tips or guidance you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

      @kanikamehta our Workfront Customer Success team did a community event recently on Making the Case for a Full-Time System Admin, which was fantastic. Tagging @cynthiaboon to see if there are materials from that she can share, or knows if they are planning to run that session again. Kudos to you for thinking about prioritizing this in 2024!
