Event/Event subscription history

I'm attempting to add an event subscription, but my endpoint isn't seeing any calls. I'm trying troubleshoot. I have no idea if my filter is wrong, or there's something wrong on the receiving endpoint. Is there any place I can look to see what events were attempting to fire?
