Is anyone else experiencing the challenge in the screenshot. It's been going for about 3 days now and is really limiting my progress

I can confirm the above following a call with Workfront support. You need to be running the most up to date version of Chrome (or three versions prior, that is as far back as they will support)

I've seen that many times over the years and every time I refresh a couple times it usually goes away. 3 days is odd. Have you tried clearing your cache? Usually solves issues like these especially if you confirm no one else in your org is experiencing it? See if you get that in an incognito window...if you don't, clear cache.

If this helped you, please mark correct to help others : )

sadly neither of these two options worked and the error message remains. thank you for your suggestions though.

Are you experiencing it in multiple browsers?

Not the OP, but also having this problem: my team members are using Chrome and getting the error. When they tried Firefox, it was completely unable to load the Workfront instance.

This has just started happening with two of my team members. One has admin access and one has work access. Clearing the cache has NOT helped. I had one of them open a support ticket with Workfront but that was a few days ago and we've had no response.

My two team members are still experiencing this issue. Workfront support says they can't replicate the problem. I'm going on vacation starting tomorrow, so my boss (who is one of the people experiencing the issue) is currently unable to cover my work until she gets access back. It's incredibly frustrating.

My users had that new problem back when they first rolled out the new filtering experience and they were trying to apply filters that didn't mesh well together. Only way to fix it was to go in and reset their users settings. Have you tried resetting their user settings?

I would have users start documenting their actions that triggers the error message to populate. Then you can start troubleshooting.

Thanks, I'll give that a try! The action that triggers the error message is clicking on literally ANY project and trying to view the tasks.

@udesai -  only Workfront Support can help troubleshoot things like this inside your instance. I would suggest you or your system admin submit a support ticket to find out what's triggering it.

In the meantime your system admin can try resetting your user profile to get you back to be able to work.

Just an update for anyone experiencing this problem: My two colleagues who were having this trouble solved it by updating their Chrome browser. Just switching to other browsers didn't solve the problem, which is confusing, but I'm not going to argue with results!
