Hi everyone,
I am trying to set up an email notification for a specific task. I've created the notification and assigned it to a task in a test project, but the assigned user is not receiving any emails.
The notification is supposed to be sent as a reminder 3 days before the task is due.
Has anyone experienced this or have any suggestions on how to resolve it?

Hi Jennifer - sometimes testing the notifications can be tricky.
You need to make sure you add the reminder to the task more than 3 days prior to it's due date if you want it to trigger at the 3 day mark. If you add the reminder today, and today is the 3 day mark then it won't trigger the email. If you add the reminder today, and today is the 4 day mark then it should send tomorrow. All reminders trigger at midnight mountain time, if they meet the criteria.
