Hi everyone,

I would like to add an email address to a custom form field for a unique situation but I cannot figure out how to add it to a descriptive text field as a hyperlink. Is there a way to do this?

It's not possible at this time. There is an active Idea submission to enable this feature, which you can find here:

I encourage everyone to vote for this, as it should be very simple for Adobe to implement and would be an easy win for them.
