Custom Form Fields

When I created a custom form to be used as a request - it automatically put in a field for Subject and Priority. Is there any way to delete or hide these fields? Below these two fields the custom form I created starts. Thank you! Patricia Cowles

Patricia, Under "Queue Setup" from your project there is a section called New Issue Fields. This is where you can check or uncheck which fields to show. If you de-select Priority then it should not display. Subject, however, is a required field and there is no way to modify the way it displays nor hide it.
