Custom Form Field Routing - Feature Request

Does anyone know if there is a feature request for this yet? It's the ability to add routing rules to a custom form field rather than at the overall queue topic/topic group level. i.e. if user chooses option a, send "new request" notification to person a & b maybe with "you are receiving this request because someone answered 'a' to field: 'blah blah'" Jazmin Allen-Collins Analog Devices, Inc.
