Can you change some global names?

I'd love to be able to change some global names. For example, I don't think "Issues" is very applicable as requests from the queue go in there. I was hoping to change the name so it isn't confusing. Has anyone worked with Workfront to do things like this?

Are you referring to the Tab on the Project site itself? I don't think you can change that, but you can change the "Issue Type" names. For instance, if you wanted people to submit "questions", you can go to Setup>Project Preferences>Statuses, then click on the "Issues" Tab, and then click on one of the Issue Types. You'll see at the top there is the name of the Issue Type. You can change that to whatever you like (i.e., "Questions" in this case).

I hear that the Issues tab is in the works for you to be able to customize it. I don't know any details, but I brought up the same concern with our account rep and they mentioned that it is in the roadmap.....
