You can create a report and use Category Name for the custom data form. If there is a custom form associated with a project or task it will show up in that list and that will tell you what forms are associated. no worries! the reports can take a long time, especially when they have many columns and something goes wrong and then you have to troubleshoot. I know that scenario all to well!
