Access to a custom request form

How do I give a user access to more request forms?  They're trying to submit a translation request, but the request type list only gives two options instead of an entire list.

Justin,

IF they need access to the translation request then you need to provide them access from the translation request project.  You can find that project as it is the name of the request form.  So in the request view if it says "Translations Request", click search on the navigation, select Projects as the filter and type translations request it should get you that request project.  Once you open that project, on the left-hand panel find the Queue Details and select (might have to click more at the bottom), it should tell you at the top what people are able to view that request project.  Depending on what you see the person may need to be given access via sharing or if its done by Groups the person might need to be added to the Group.  Hope this helps.
