User-Based Wildcard in Resource Planner by User filters

Since Resource Grid will be going soon, it would be nice if we were able to user User-based Wildcard within filters on Resource Planner by User. We can embedded now and add as dashboards on users landing pages - to replace Resource grid - which is great. But... It means we need to create dashboard for each of users in our company to be able to do it, so they could see only info about them. In our instance it means we would have to do do it 150x ish. Also, we use to have Team Commitment report filtered by homeTeamID so every single team leader was able to use the same report and same dahsboard. Now, if we won't have Resource Planner on dashboards as well, we will need to create separate for each of teams.

I think time wildcard cars would be super beneficial as well.
