Quick question...does anyone know when the status changed on this to "Under Consideration"? I was just curious how long it has been in this status. The last time we checked in on this one was 04/09/18. We have a note that it was "under consideration" at that time. Does anyone know if it was in that status 04/09/18? Thanks!
I am not sure if I am extremely late to this party or sharing something everyone already knows but if I help one person then it is worth it. Right? At my company, we cannot use the time off feature because it causes too many other resourcing problems, therefore we reached out to Workfront for some ideas for a solution. Workfront suggested we create one project which we used to track all time off. Employees request the time off and once it is approved they go into the project and insert a task. Below is the information listed in the task. It is essential they make it Fixed Dates.
Thank you for this feature request, for the initial version of the Home Calendar we are focusing on the end user and scheduling their personal work week. Currently, a user can view their personal PTO scheduled in Workfront by toggling on the PTO calendar under the "manage calendars" drop down menu.
The ability to view and manage team members PTO is something that will be included in the future with the Team View experience of the Home Calendar. This is future functionality but is not on the roadmap in the next 12 months.
I desperately need this functionality. I cannot keep asking my team to log PTO multiple ways, two of them within Workfront. This is a big dissatisfier for us.
The resourcing tool and assignment should indicate red or a message, when trying to assign a task or any assignment to someone that is marked as PTO in the WF calendar. This would be really helpful.
