We would like to see the ability added to remove a recipient from a Proof Workflow, yet still have their decisions and comments reflect on the Print Summary. Even with using Locked and Private Stages, there still isn't a way to block the recipients from seeing replies to their comments. Our thought is, if we allow the recipient to comment and make a decision, then remove them from the flow, that would block the recipient from seeing our comments and lock them from making further comments or changing decisions until the next version was shared. This would also allow a WF user to be shared multiple times on one proof. Currently, if we want to share with a particular users more than once in a workflow we have to load a new version.
