Provide a workflow approval process for PTO
Provide a workflow approval process when a user indicates PTO, where the PTO requires approval by the user’s manager.

We need something very similar for approving training and travel for our division. The approval should go to the requestor's supervisor not the whole group.
When creating an approval process, there should be a wildcard input that would route the approval to the specific user's direct manager.
