Description -The ability to display a thumbnail in an issue report

Why is this feature important to you - Issues are being used to report bugs/defects by our testing department.  Sometimes screenshots and documents are uploaded to help with this testing.  It would be great if a thumbnail could be seen on a report to prevent users from having to go into the issue to see this supporting documentation. 

How would you like the feature to work -Allow display of a document/screenshot within a report through text mode

Current Behaviour - Link can be shown in a report and quick link can be added to get to the document but an image cannot be displayed.
