A 'workers' Calendar screen, especially when synched with Outlook will populate actual hours for the week. If a worker has their outlook up to date, in this example 6.75hrs of non Workfront related meetings - this isn't reflective within Workload Balancer. Meaning a Scheduler/ PMO will only ever see availability of 40hours, not see the actual hours available. Which will always result in over allocation of hours.
Can we show in Workload Balancer a view/ colour change of 'Actual hours' booked per user so we can avoid overallocation.
