Latest document name to show when versioning documents

I had submitted this a year or more ago but it's not on the current list. When you upload a version, the file name remains the original file name vs the new file name. this is confusing and documents get lost.

YES! My agency uses a combination of job codes, file name and version numbers to readily identify documents/versions. We run into two issues with the way WF handles docs:

1. Our new file name is not captured, which can cause confusion. I know it can be edited after upload but that just creates additional steps that can be forgotten.

2. If you download older files, they do not maintain their original name, but the most recent one. So if we download the 5 versions of a single doc, they are ALL named "File X Version 5". Confusing for obvious reasons.

Yeeessss! I just logged a ticket because I thought this was a bug. Please address this it's incredibly confusing even when we coach the team on how to manually edit the most recent document uploaded.

We are working on a re-designed user interface on the document pages which is scheduled for release later this year and will consider this as part of that work. More to follow
