I agree. My users complained about the same problem (not having the latest comments at the top). Big pictures and bad formatting is problem only of some email clients. For example all versions of Outlook that I came across including the latest Office 365. I believe this should be fixed by Workfront ...

Absolutely agree. I opened ticket about that with support and I was explained that this is "more streamlined and intuitive" improvement. Ticket closed. Complete nonsense. We need to get more votes to get the functionality back. Pavel Pat√°k
