Video Proofing - frame preview when scrubbing through timeline

Description - It would be nice to be able to see a frame preview on the timeline of a video proof when scrubbing through the video.

Why is this feature important to you - It would make it easier for the approvers who are previewing the video to be able to scrub to a certain part of a video. If you could see the frame on the timeline, it would be much easier to click through the video and stop at the point where you need to be.

How would you like the feature to work - A simple frame preview that pops up on the timeline when scrubbing through.
