We would love the ability to customize the request queue statuses on the request queue level, instead of at the group level. If the same group uses the same 5 request queues, but those request queues have different status requirements there is no clean way to customize those statuses without creating duplicate groups and cluttering the system. The ability to customize the statuses should be available on the queue setup to stremline the customization process without creating duplicate groups on the back end.
