Custom Form on Document Template

It would be great to have the capability to add custom form on document at a template level.

Typically document metadata is often custom, and adding the proper custom form manually to each document (even via batch update) is a cumbersome action.

Ideally defining a project template should allow to also define the document template that will be related to this project.

In addition to the original idea, if you could associate a Custom Form with a Documents Folder to include X Custom Form on any Document uploaded to this specific Folder and have the ability to preselect some of the Custom Fields on the Custom Form as part of the Project Template that would prove useful in eliminating the manual entry of metadata.
