[CLOSED] - Reference table data in custom forms

It would be helpful to be able to reference existing table data when creating new custom forms. For example to select from a list of existing campaigns or programs when requesting a new tactic.

Agreed - you can't even have a "Project" drop-down without having to keep a manual list of projects.
