More customization options for Risks, Issues, and Decisions

Description - Current state there is not a way to have both Issues AND Requests on a Project as they are 2 separate functions. Risks are separate, but they do not have a way to assign or add any custom data to. Decisions are not an option/object in Workfront. 

Why is this feature important to you - We would like a way to add a RAID (Actions we defined as Workfront Tasks) or RID log to Projects.

How would you like the feature to work - Have the ability to have multiple Request Queues on a Project or expand the custom fields for Risks and also add in the ability to have Requests AND Issues, plus create a Decision Object.

Current Behaviour - Must choose between Issues OR Requests, only pure out of the box funtionaility with Risks, no way to track Descisions as an object.
