Change the interface for Milestones an end user cannot edit

The interface under Milestone setup is confusing for end users who have an Access Level that allows them to update the Milestone paths of their own group(s). A user with this access level can view any Milestone path by clicking on it - even ones that are not part of his group, and actually add/edit Milestones; the user just can't save his work.

It might be less confusing if the users just were not allowed to type in the fields of any Milestone path not in their group. Ie, it would be clearer if the fields were grayed out. Or better yet, maybe the Milestone Path should just not visible to the user if the path is not associated with his/her group. Thanks.
