Ability to Edit Custom Forms When Attaching a Template to a Project

Description
Currently, when attaching a template to an existing project, all custom forms included in the template are automatically added to the project. For greater flexibility, some teams would like the option to refine which custom forms are applied during the template attachment process.

Why is this Feature Important?
This feature would enhance efficiency and versatility when applying project templates, allowing teams to tailor the process to their specific needs without unnecessary manual edits after attachment.

How Should the Feature Work?
When adding a template to a project, users should have the ability to remove unwanted custom forms by selecting an "X" or similar option next to each form listed in the template.

Current Behavior
When attaching a template to an existing project, all custom forms within the template are automatically added without the ability to edit or exclude specific forms.
