Currently, the text mode code exists to provide a listing of PTO dates. What we really need is a way to include PTO hours when creating hours reports. PTO can clearly be calculated to hours since Workfront accounts for those hours in scheduling.
Hi Alison - Before I submit an idea to the Idea Exchange, I wanted to check in with you on this one to clarify. Are you saying you hope to pull an hours report that displays a resources available hours for a given time period, taking into account a resource's scheduled time off?
Hi Jenn - apologies for the months late reply to your question. I posted this before we had really begun using timesheets and were having staff run an hours report to roll up their recorded time. PTO hours didn't show up in those reports and was a source of frustration. Now that we are using timesheets, there is a different idea exchange item that will meet our need and we have voted it up.
