Currently in the Request View, there are only two status tabs: Open and Complete. It would be great to add a few more status tabs to help filter all the requests in the system. This is especially helpful for organizations that receive 20+ requests a week. For instance, I currently have 40 requests under the Open tab. It would be great if I could split those up into NEW (recent submitted requests that need to be reviewed by the Project Manager before they can be submitted into the the work queue) and IN PROGRESS (open requests that have been reviewed and are currently in the queue). Also, it would be great to be able to archive completed requested after two months in order to clear items from that tab. Here's an example: NEW, IN PROGRESS, COMPLETE, ARCHIVED.
