There are more clicks involved in getting to the relevant tools when marking up comments that there used to be on the old ProofHQ. please can this be brought back? It is not clear, especially to new users how they get to all the mark up tools.
Have the team go to the settings gear on the left nav and turn on expanded tool set. We made a big deal about that in the last release and my teams love having all the options on the top. It isn't the default, but they learn real quick where that setting is. :)
Hi Anthony - thanks thats a really useful tip - i'm telling all of staff about this now. do you know if there is a way of adjusting these settings so that the default is that the expanded tools show up?
