Agreed! Not only should we be able to edit the name, we should be able to replace the existing question mark icon with our own link if needed. Our end users keep clicking the question mark, because that's what makes sense in the UI, but are confused when confronted with articles for system admins. Nobody thinks to click their profile image in order to find help, if there's already a question mark icon present.
