workfront fusion : [401] Status Code Error: 401

Hello,

 

We recently encountered a 401 error in a Fusion scenario on January 9. Due to this error, a few scenarios were deactivated. However, after re-enabling them, they started working fine. Is there any outage or something it between or what could be the reason ?

@SamyukthaPa2 —Based on previous experience, a 401 error can typically be resolved by re-establishing a connection, which you did. 

 

In the future, you can always check the Adobe Status page for outages https://status.adobe.com/ or the known issues page https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/workfront-known-issues/issues/new-workfront-experience/ne...

 

If it keeps happening, I suggest contacting Workfront Support for help.
