I am trying to use Workfront Fusion to post an update on the Program level. The use case is when projects are created and added to the program, an automatic update will be posted on the Program to notify users that projects xyz are added. I don't see an 'statusUpdate' field to map from the drop-down. Is this option not available on the Program level?

This is what you should see, I didn't have it directly because the servers were down for me yesterday. Fill it out like I have listed above. Select Program for the field. Put the Program ID in object ID. The message in update text. Lastly the specific users/team to @ in notify.
Have you tried Create Record -> Update, Select all fields except last if not applicable:
OBJ code "PRGM"
Program ID
Note Message
Notify user(s) or team(s) if applicable

I'm not seeing Program ID and Note Message as available fields to map when I use the Update module.

It works! Thanks for the screenshot.
Quick somewhat related question. Will an update created via Fusion send an email to the individuals listed or just add the update. Also, can you change "who" the update is from? When I do it in the Preview environment I do not get an email - also all the updates come from me - so it would be confusing to get the update/email from me and not the team associated with the request.
Thank you for any insite you might have.

You cannot change who the email comes from. The email comes from the account associated with the connection to WF. I would create a bot account connection or have an automated message on the update. Our bot connection is called System Process and Adobe support can help you set it up. Email notifications are all configured in the individual users settings in WF. There is an option to receive emails from Preview but it is unchecked by default.
Correct. We setup a bot account connection to run scenarios in production, ensuring users recognize it as an automated update rather than one tied to a specific individual.
Thank you! This is exactly what I was looking for. We have SSO and I have a bot account for Workfront that should be able to sign in without SSO I'll work on that.
Thank you!

Create a new scenario > Setup/ configure trigger module > Add search module to search for a program where the update is required > Add update module to post an update in the identified program> Compose/add a message for identified program update
