Do Fusion Admins need to be Workfront Admins?

Hi!

I'm currently looking at setting up a service account to "own" our Fusion scenarios, but I was wondering does that service account also need to be an admin in our Workfront space?

Appreciate any assistance!

Hello @jayciedido - Your Fusion service account doesn’t need to have admin rights in Workfront, but granting it full admin rights is often a good practice to avoid unexpected permission issues during execution and to ensure scenarios run smoothly without missing data.

The one use-case you might have for non-admin is if you had a Group that wanted to build Fusion scenarios but you wanted to restrict their scenarios to only accessing the records that the team themselves could ordinarily access.
