Anyone Using this template: Workfront Proof > Workfront - Task Update and Completion (if Approved) on Proof Decision

Trying to get this template to work and was wondering if anyone out there already had this working intheir instance. If so was there so tweaking involved, or did you find some specific customizing helpful?  I would like to limit the scenario to a specific set of Projects not apply it any and all Proofs in our instance.
