Welcome to all the new members who joined this month! We’re excited to have you in the Adobe Workfront Community
In a world where so much is automated and AI-driven, this space is different — it’s built on humans helping humans. Every question asked, every tip shared, every reply left here makes a real difference.
If you’re new, this is your first touchpoint — and we’re truly glad you’re here. Think of this thread as a friendly café table where you can pull up a chair, say hi, and get to know others who “get” what you do. To get started, share:
And give us your answer to this month's Ice Breaker question for all to kick things off:
We are assigning veteran SMEs in a round-robin fashion, and they will be your primary point of contact for any operational or community-related issues.
Buddies for this month: @Sven-iX, @Doug_Den_Hoed__AtAppStore , @Daniel_Clarke, @RandyRoberts , @skyehansen and @JamesRitter
Hi everyone,
I’m Kautuk Sahni, and I am managing the AEM and WF community in Adobe. I’ve been with Adobe for nearly 13 years, starting my journey as a Software Engineer before moving into community management. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting product communities, and I’m truly excited to now work with this amazing group. Outside of work, I’m a big sports enthusiast
I’m really looking forward to connecting with you all and helping this community grow into an even more engaging, supportive space. Please don’t hesitate to reach out anytime. I’m here to listen, learn, and support.
Hello everyone,
James here. Working as a Multimedia Producer for Caterpillar / Construction Industries - Learning and Innovation Group. We design training for our global sales teams and have just deployed Workfront to manage our training requests and project timelines. So far really liking it. I feel like we could be utilizing more features to better organize. But learning as we go here, I'm sure we will get better at it over time.
Love that Adobe provides this support group of professionals to share best practices and perspectives. Looking forward to connecting further. Please feel free to reach out!
Hi James, welcome to the community! Great to hear Workfront is already helping your team at Caterpillar. Totally agree, there’s always more to discover as you go, and this community is a great place to pick up best practices from others on the same journey. Looking forward to your contributions and insights!

As for renaming a feature...how about Blueprints becomes Secret Sauce for Speed?
Hi everyone, I’m Alexis Cascales, working at JAKALA as a Senior Manager in Martech. I’ve been working with Adobe tools for around 10 years, and I started using Workfront 6 months ago, mainly focused on project management and reporting,
I’d like to share a proposal: when Workfront is translated into other languages (for example Spanish), all functionalities are translated. I believe some key functionalities should remain in English as keywords, like Queue or Intake Form, to make documentation search and team alignment more effective
Hi Alexis,
Welcome to the community!
Hi everyone! I am Christine Smith. I am a Project Specialist at Freeman. I equally use a few features in WF such as Project Tasks, Project Tracking and Time Tracking. Recently, I have started learning Reporting but have not explored much yet. I am hoping to really expand that usage along with any other beneficial tools. I have been using WF for a couple of years but really expanded my usage in the last 6 months. Since I am just learning/exploring more in WF, I am not sure what feature I would rename. I am thinking (since I am a huge sports fan) that I would rename the Dashboard to something like "Home Plate" or the "End Zone".
@ChristineSm2 welcome! Love that you’re diving deeper into reporting. It really unlocks so much in Workfront. And I have to say, your idea of renaming Dashboard to “Home Plate” or “End Zone” is such a fun twist :). Excited to see you explore more features and share your journey here!
Hi @ChristineSm2. Consider joining one or more chapters in the Workfront User Group: https://workfront-augs.adobe.com/. Often topics and discussions cover reporting so it could be a great interactive learning opportunity.
