[Event follow-up] November 2024 Skill Exchange: Workfront Process Optimization

Avatar

As promised, I have follow-up resources for those who attended the Skill Exchange in San Francisco on November 14. During my presentation Process Optimization through Adobe Workfront, I shared a couple dashboards that supported process improvement for and around our Workfront usage:

  • Workfront administration roadmap
  • Requestor analysis

Due to time constraints (and because it would've probably been boring), I didn't walk you through every detail. However, for those who need the details, I have attached my slides, including visual breakdowns. The PDF should enable you to copy-paste the expressions, if you so choose.

If you have any questions about what you see, don't hesitate to reply to this thread or send me a private message. It was such a delight to meet folks in person—customers and Adobe employees alike, including @KristinFarwell , @jon_chen@KellieGardner, and so many more.

Thanks to @Doug_Den_Hoed__AtAppStore, there is now a FREE package you can download to give you a jump start on building your strategic roadmap. If you need help downloading or enacting this package, contact Doug. Otherwise, here is what you need to know:

  1. In the first report (the report of reports), you need to set your filters. Include all reports in this dashboard but exclude this report of reports.
  2. In the two project reports, we have set the Program ID to IS NOT BLANK, however you might have specific programs to pull in.
  3. The issue backlog report assumes you have a request queue to pull in system needs or ideas.

Enjoy!

My pleasure Lyndsy,

And thank YOU for offering all these great resources!

It was fun building out this Package with you, and if there's enough interest from your readers, I'd be happy to build out another Package with more goodies another time.

Regards,

Doug
