Workfront proof won't close when I click on X or "Close"

So when I click on X at top right of proof, or I click on "Close" word that pops up below X, the proof isn't closing, so I have to close out the whole window on my internet browser. Very clunky.  Any ideas?

    I reported this as a bug, Support will fix that.

      Do you know if this has been fixed or is there a link where I can see progress on the bug? We are still seeing this issue in our instance.

      If you still see this, submit a ticket. Even if it's a known issue that they're actively working on, every ticket helps support identify how prevalent the issue is. And they're often very gracious and forthcoming with workarounds, if there are any.
