Expand my Community achievements bar.
I have multiple team members experiencing this error message when uploading a proof. Any ideas? They all have proof licenses.
I am quite sure this has something to do with the way you are using a document storage.
This depends on the settings unter "Setup -> Documents -> ...".
On the other hand you could check what you see under "Setup -> Customer Info -> Basic Info -> Storage Quota".
Appreciate the response, but unfortunately neither of those options provided ways for me to manage the storage for these users. The odd thing is it's only appearing for some users and not all. Any other assistance would be greatly apprecited.
