We have repeatedly experienced a sync issue between the Proof module and the My Approvals widget. Proofs that have already been approved still show up in the widget as if they are awaiting a decision. Sometimes proofs that are awaiting a decision never appear. This is not a one‑off bug. Over the last 5 months, we've seen this happen at least 4‑5 times. It’s unpredictable and random, which makes it worse- we cannot reliably know whether the widget is telling the truth. To manage this, I have to manually review each proof listed in the widget, check against the actual proof status, and then open support cases when discrepancies are found. This wastes time that could be spent on productive work. More worryingly, this kind of inconsistency damages trust in Workfront. Senior management is a reluctant user already; each time the widget shows an incorrect state, it erodes his confidence in the system, making adoption and reliance less likely. If anyone has any workarounds or suggestions, I'd love to hear them.
