Can we update proof from military time?

Proof is set up to be military time - can it be updated or allow the agency the capabilities to update per their time zone?

Potential fix: I had to go into the Proofing Settings hub and change the time settings for each individual user, not ideal at all, but it seems to have fixed the military time issue. Definitely needs to be a way to change settings for multiple users at once or the entire instance. Hopefully these proofing settings will be more integrated with WF.
