QUESTION Is there a way to share all views or do you have to share them one at a time?
REPLY For now, you need to share them one at a time. 
QUESTION Is there a way to track date changes when users drag or resize records on the timeline views?

QUESTION We get complaints about having to scroll when looking at items in the timeline view.  Is there a way or are there plans to make it look more like a gantt chart so one can see everything on the screen (maybe a fit to screen option?
REPLY We have it in our backlog yes! 😀
QUESTION Where can you go to learn/reference the differences in functionality, pricing, etc. between the Planning and Planning Plus packages?
REPLY Your Account Specialists should have access to that information.  They might even have some comparison demos, if you reach out to them. 🫰
QUESTION Is there a way to group projects by campaign? 
REPLY Hi! Do you mean Workfront Workflow Projects connected to Campaign Records in Workfront Planning? If so, yes — you can. After creating a connection field in the Planning table view, you can set up a connection page for each record. QUESTION Is there a way to customize a calendar to show different record fields for different workspaces? Like a canvas report but a calendar.

QUESTION Are we able to access Workfront Planning through the Sandbox? 
REPLY If you have the Workfront Planning product, you can definitely access the Sandbox version of it in order to test and play around without impacting Production data.
QUESTION Will document attachments be visible on the timeline views as thumbnails?
REPLY Thanks for the feedback! We’re still defining the scope for this initiative, but it’s a great idea 🙂
QUESTION How does the 500 record limit affect the use of Planning for managing taxonomies where a taxonomy record can be linked to 1000's of records? 
REPLY If you disable the back-reference setting, you won’t see the connection fields on the taxonomy side, but you’ll still be able to connect that taxonomy to 1000+ records. If you enable the back-reference, then you’ll hit the 500-reference limit.
QUESTION Is Workfront Planning a separate Module?

QUESTION Can you define the license types for Workfront Planning - what are the full tiers?

QUESTION Is there a use case/demo for non-Marketing teams/users for Planning? 
REPLY There certainly could be use-cases outside of Marketing that take advantage of the planning motion, calendar views, etc. Contact your Account Specialist with the use-case you are interested in and they should be able to arrange more information for your specific ask.
