1. Did you check your "Network" tab of F12 if it is sending the call ? You can search for the call by filtering "/ss", also check preserve log activity. Make sure your have chosen "s.t" call in your "Send Bacon" action.

Are you asking about 3rd party plugins or the plugins within your Adobe Analytics tools? If third party, you can search the Extensions catalog.If just the AA plug-ins, create a common analytics rule and  initiate all the plugins you want and publish the rule.  Let me know if you need more details.
