Hi Leila, this feature is available if you add the assets that you want on the sheet to a lightbox. From within a lightbox there is a print icon that does exactly what you are asking for. There is a built in field on most objects called "extRefID". It's intended to be used with the API and you can store whatever value you like there. When copied, that value should not be copied to the new object, I believe.
