I have a field called Backup Requestor on my Request. I am trying to put a calculated field on my Project to get the name to pull through, so I can use it on other reports, but cannot figure out what to put in the calculation to get it to work. Any suggestions for what to put in the Calculation box?...

Manager really want a report that shows how long something sat in the user's queue before they changed it to a new status.

We need to do reporting on how much of the duration of a task was proof approval vs the time it was with the proof creator. Basically, we don’t want designers held accountable for late work when the requestor sat on the proof.

We have a team of proofreaders that pick up work out of a queue. We also have situations were someone is out of the office and a team could back them up on proof approvals. If we could assign proof approvals to a team, rather than individual, this would be a big win.

My users are asking for the exact same thing. I have a ton of extra reports, just slightly different from each other because people need 1 or 2 columns different or a slightly different filter.

We'd like the ability to add some formatting to announcements, especially the ability to add images and tables.

We would like to have the ability to download a pdf of the proof with comments attached

We have at least one user who is color blind and can't see the difference in the SOCD boxes. So, we'd like to request a change in the pattern/shape/line around the box option for the color coding
