I also use "last note text" as a column in a project report to pull in data

@RowvillBh1 I don't see them in my environment either.  Comments used to be visible in the Update stream and each proof comment was prefaced with "Proof comment:"  I am unable to see comments in project update streams now, I think that something may have changed with that recently.

Do you take advantage of pre-made proofing workflows?  I believe that custom messages can be attributed to stages.

It's not the same thing as a report, but can you go into the project updates for a timeline of all project updates, proof comments, etc?  How would you envision a proofing report working?  Would you want literally all of the comments for all of the projects in the report?  How would that work?

In the user preferences there is an option, on a per user basis, to automatically create proofs upon document upload.  This might be something to look into if you are manually creating the proof after upload.

If you're only talking about 8 projects my first instinct would be to view the Project -> Documents  Next click the Project Folders then click the Download All button Hope this helps
