I was just curious if this report would be able to report on proofs generated outside of Workfront, like described in the original post.My guess is that the answer is no?

If you are creating a user report it should be fairly straightforward to pull up a field that will display the user name. If you are creating a different type of report it can be difficult to report on certain objects which reside more than 2 levels away from the object without text mode.

I'm not sure exactly what you're looking for but we use the Status Update column in project reports to show the last comment in the project

When you say that their notifications are set to daily summary do you mean in the individual proofing workflows or that it represents their default.  The defaults can be overridden in the proofing workflow.

After much trial and error the chart functionality is only moderately useful and if you want something more you're likely going to have to export it out of Workfront and import it into another system.

Hi @stan255 - if our template uses a generic role it would be the coordinator's responsibility to update the generic role with the specific assignment for the project.  If your team dynamic lacks a coordinator role you might have to upgrade the users so that they can edit tasks.

I would assign the tasks to a generic role on the template instead of a specific person
