I think I misunderstood the question!   When we tried the plugin for Workfront (before Workfront was bought by Adobe) it was very limited.  The features that you suggest sound fantastic.

Not sure if you're using ProofHQ or just Adobe Workfront - but most / all of those features are available in ProofHQ except for the last 2 bullets

We never use task documents, it makes more sense for us to use project documents and in that we will organize a file structure as it relates to the work
