Proof progress Indicators

Description - Currently, all proof indicators switch to green when a proof is approved, even when some reviewers have yet to opened the proof. Users see this as a glitch as it indicates they have seen, commented, etc, when they have not.

Why is this feature important to you - ease of use / clarity for users

How would you like the feature to work - rather than turning green, can the indicators be marked n/a or something other than green?

Current Behaviour - all proof indicators switch to green when a proof is approved, even when some reviewers have yet to open the proof

My understanding of the "summary" SOCD visible in the documents section is that SOCD will light up if anyone in the stage does any of the letters.. in other words if it's routed to 10 people and 1 person opens it, the "summary" O will be green.  If one person comments, the "summary" C will turn green.

If you want to see a detailed view of specific individuals in the proofing workflow you need to look at the proofing workflow.  Alternately from a user perspective if each user had a proofs dashboard that only showed proofs waiting for their approval it could easier and less confusing to find and review the right proof.
