I have a user tried to login to Adobe campaign, but he login with incorrect password. The system locked his account, he can wait for a moment as the system will unlock his account , but How can I unlock his account immediately? 

The deliveries are still there in the instance, and the status is already "Stopped(85)". I don't know why the cleanup workflow still want to update the status to 85

I target system has a column named msg Id, the data in it was created by adobe campaign when sending email to the system, the data is like NM60002D2AC001D1A16abcdtest@myemail.com. Is anyone know how does the data created by AC, and where can I find it? Thanks!

Thank you Marcel!  I use the Chrome to view the report ,there is no error, but  when I delete the date value and click the Refresh link, the date I filled appear again, I can't set the date field to null to have a new query?
