Thank you - are there plans for it to be supported in 6.5 or a future version of AEM? I have been told 6.5 might be more friendly to containers, but have not heard anything substantial.

Does that mean it's still there as an option but not "officially" supported, or that the documentation is out of date?

Thanks Sandeep, that actually really helps. It looks like we've only had 80 unique users in the last week, and the highest was 58 in one day. It's safe to say we're under the 100 concurrent user threshold. We'll have to look into better ways to watch concurrent users.
