As an administrator, I'm sometimes asked to assess the maturity of our analytics users (i.e. their familiarity with and usage of Adobe Analytics and the various reports) . One of the things I'd like to measure is how often a given user has accessed a particular report. To date, I can only see login statistics that show overall logins, but I know of no way to measure tool usage beyond that. We also send emails with report links to a group of users and would love to know whether these reports are ...

Hi Jantzen,Seems to be a server issue. I have been able to intermittently get to the approvals section by modifying rules and resubmitting for approval. Weird.Thanks,Chris

Hi everyone, Has anyone here encountered this issue: In one of our DTM properties, we have created a number of new rules. When we try to get to the 'Approvals' menu, we get a 404 error instead of the expected approvals menu page. Needless to say, this blocks us from proceeding with new rule implementation!

Just chiming in to voice the same issues. Workspace performance is at times simply atrocious - what should take me 30 seconds to update has - for the last few days - taken 10 minutes EACH. I really love the flexibility of Analytics workspace, but it has to work reliably. I hope that this is just temporary. And a product enhancement suggestion:When I select an arbitrary date range (e.g. two weeks from Dec 10 - Dec 23rd), adjust the 'Last Week' and 'Two Weeks ago' time ranges to automatically corr...

Any updates on this? I have requested PDF and CSV reports from Workspace yesterday (June 27) morning at around 7:00 am EST and they have not yet arrived - 28 hours later... Needless to say this makes it really hard to use this otherwise excellent tool for some common reporting stuff...

I've created a number of reports in the new Analysis workspace. Over the last few days, however, I have been unable to export them as PDF. I get the 'success' message, but nothing ever arrives (and I have checked spam folder etc.)Anyone else have this problem?Thanks,Chris

Hi Tanmay, Thanks for the response. I've encountered this so far with just a number of custom metrics (events that we created). And yes, the issue shows up across different browsers and machines (including Win7 Pro and Win10), IE, Chrome, Firefox etc.Let me know if you require additional info on configuration or otherwise and I'd be happy to provide that as well.Chris

I love the new Analysis Workspace capability! Makes life so much easier and the results are compelling. I'm already planning on training several of the report end users on how to do their own data inquiry. I noticed, however, that some reports of mine (created in regular analytics environment) come across with zeros instead of the actual data when I use 'Try in Workspace'. The screenshot here shows what I mean. Not sure whether this is a bug or something on my end? Has anyone else encountered th...

There are several problems with basing reports on URLs. Here's one of the biggest: the same page may have multiple 'urls', reflecting campaigns or other query parameters. E.g.: mysite.com/page1 and mysite.com/page1?cid=456 is recorded as two separate URLs, but they are the same page. PageName is therefore the much preferred option.Hope this helps. Chris
